Beef

Our beef originates from female or male animals that are one to two years old. The meat is marbled (the marbling is a typical quality characteristic) – which means that small layers of fat can be seen in the muscle. The muscle fibres have a different texture depending on the age and race. The colour of the beef varies between light red and a strong dark red.
